Payment of the product price, delivery charge and any other fees and amounts must be made with your order
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and any such other cards as may be stated on our website from time to time. Payment will be deducted when your order is processed.
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) as required by European law.
DELIVERY
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Deliveries are made on working days to the address provided by you.
For insurance and health and safety regulations, our delivery partners are unable to carry any material into your property.
The company will not be liable:
a) For any delay in the delivery of goods, however arising.
b) For short delivery of or damage to goods unless such loss or damage is notified with full particulars in writing to RTD Tiles, 2 Corrig Avenue, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin A96 PC43 or by email to regantiledesign.com within 3 days.
c) For any goods that have been left anywhere other than the delivery address.
RESPONSIBILITIES
RTD Tiles (2012) trading as Regan Tile Design is a re-seller not a manufacturer.
We will deliver goods to the customer in good faith. If you are a business purchaser the risk in the goods shall pass at the point of delivery. If you are a consumer risk in the goods shall pass to you when you acquire physical possession of the goods.
We will not exchange used products. If you are unsure which products you require contact us before you place an order so we can advise you. For goods to be considered for return and refund, good must be currently stocked and not be a discontinued line. Specially sourced products may not be returned. Goods must be in perfect merchandisable condition, capable of resale and be completely without defect when checked by a representative of the company. Any damage or defect will totally cancel any obligation by the company for any refund whatsoever.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CUSTOMER
Ultimate responsibility for ordering the correct quantities of goods required for any specific job rests with the Customer. The Company, its employees or agents do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any consequences arising from purchase of incorrect types of goods.
Risk shall not pass at the same time as property in the goods but shall pass at the time of delivery.
It is the responsibility of the Customer and or his/her agents to satisfy themselves that any products selected are suitable for the intended area of use and that any relevant health and safety issues are considered. RTD Tiles cannot be held responsible for the incorrect or inappropriate selection of products.
RIGHTS
If incorrect quantities or the wrong product have been ordered we will accept return if the goods are unopened and without defect, the cost of return will be covered by the customer.
We reserve the right to change or update information, to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without prior notice.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
JURISDICTION
The business carried out through this site will be subject to the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
